CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have gone to great lengths to design ArchiveX© as the most intuitive document scanning and retrieval system available that will not put a burden on your IT resources.  We have also developed a network of trained Value Added Resellers to provide Tier 1 support and training.  Each installation of ArchiveX© comes with e-mail support and on-line web training as long as your maintanence license is current.  Additional training and support packages are available at competitive rates.  Please review the support options below to determine the program that is best suited for you.

WEB TRAINING: One hour webinar installation support/training is standard with all ArchiveX© maintenance purchases and can be scheduled at your convenience.  Additional training webinars are available once a week at a preset time.  Please fillout the form below to request training.

EMAIL SUPPORT:  Our e-mail support is standard with your current Maintenance Agreement.  Please fill out the form below with a detailed description of your request and submit.


 


PHONE SUPPORT:  If you want the personalized service of having direct access to an ArchiveX system Architect our phone support option is available for an annual fee of $1,200.00/year.  Not ready for a yearly commitment then phone support is also available on a per incident basis at $120/hour billed in 15 minute increments.  Credit card payment is accepted with a 4 hour turnaround time during normal business hours.  Office Hours:  Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm Central Time.
